Steven is a partner in Australia. Prior to joining SIGMA, Steven served as a Manager in Deloitte & Touche’s Global General Counsel’s Office, Secretary of the Board of Directors for a publicly traded company, and Senior Attorney at a financial crimes law firm. Steven currently serves as the Team Leader of the Australian Section within the International Affairs Division of the Taipei Bar Association. With over ten years of experience in multinational commercial law, white-collar crime, and mergers and acquisitions, he brings a wealth of expertise to his practice.
Steven is a licensed attorney in the Republic of China, the State of New York, and the State of New South Wales, Australia. Additionally, Steven is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), accredited by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
